Biography
She obtained a Master’s degree in Physics in 2012 at Sapienza University of Rome. Then, she got her PhD degree in Physics at ROMA TRE University in 2016.
During this period, she acquired skills in X- ray absorption spectroscopic techniques (EXAFS and XANES) supported by Synchrotron radiation sources.
In 2017, she won a fellowship (post doc position) in the framework of a Young Researcher project of the Italian Healthy Ministry titled: “Multimodal experimental and theoretical approach for the study of the Spinal Cord in healthy and diseased subjects” and led by Ph.D Michela Fratini. Since 2019 she has a post doc position at CNR-NANOTEC.
During her post doc, she acquired biomedical skills in non-invasive Imaging techniques. Specifically, she worked on X-ray phase contrast imaging and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) techniques.
